It's 11 here. I woke up at 10 and had a panic attack because I knew I had to order tickets to the AFI concert here in November and for some reason, I had to do it NOW. I guess I freaked out, thinking that a concert for such an awesome band would be sold out. So I went to the bank and put money in my account so I could order the tickets...then I came home and ordered...then my dad decided he needed my help with stuff and he wants me to eat breakfast (STILL have not done that) and in the meantime, I have to work from three to nine tonight.
I'm probably not getting much writing in tonight.

School, what else? Plus we had to plan our mosque's open day - and it's big by German standards - but it was totally worth it. I better get started now - and try to keep it halal

German Muslim? That is amazingly awesome My parents emigrated from Lebanon 16 years ago. But they're typical East German left-wingers and not very religious I love our mosque, though. The community is simply great. Guess I stand out a little here, eh? ;D

What kind of work do you do Ryphna? I work in computer science. Normally a lot of work to do be right now the clients have put everything on hold so it's kinda a bad situation.

The fact that people learn our language always fascinated me for some reason. I just wonder how it sounds to them. We had an exchange student from Colombia last year and she spoke German almost fluently. That was really awkward because my Spanish is poor ...
@ luigilargofan1332: I'd love to do that. PM me whenever you want.

Honestly, it sounds a little rough. Even when you're saying the nicest thing to someone (Herzlieg wilkommen, for example), it always sounds really mean... Although maybe that's just the way we say it Also, I may be coming down with mono... That's something that's going on right now, and it's why I'm not writing. This is the first time in several days I've been able to even ACCESS a compy

Nah, even when natural German speakers say it, it sounds odd, haha. Unless they're going out of their way to soften their tone and be really nice.

Really? I disagree. I just spent the last five days listening to nothing but German because my cousin/her friend were visiting, and my parents speak German to me... and I think it all sounds very nice. Loving, warm, that kind of thing. ^^

It could be the people.
I suppose I'm just odd but when my dad speaks it, he has a tendancy to sound like Hitler.
Today, my excitement is preventing me from writing.

Today, my muse has decided that suddenly it was necessary to fill my mind with ideas and inspiration for EVERY other story but the one I am currently working on D:
It's not fair! I'm 1,000 words in the hole, and I need to write but everything I see is sparking ideas in my head. ARRRGGGH!
