I hate to say this, but I have to settle for a lower wordcount goal this month. There's just too much going on, and I'm too far behind to get my goal of 30k. So, I'm cutting it in half and going for 15k. As I'm at around 6.5k right now, that's less than 10k to do by the end of the month. I will do this. I WILL do this, and keep my grades from dropping more, and improve my running time, and plan for NaNo. I am writer, hear me roar.
Thank you for taking the time to read my rant. Sympathy and/or butt-kicking is highly appreciated. *goes off to try to find one of the themes of the Odyssey for English class essay*

I regret that I must include myself in this number.
30,000 is my new goal, as in 13 days my son will have to be born.

30k is still a good goal, more then most people in the world write in a season.

Why thank you, Ryphna dear.
I'll let you all know how the labor goes, when little Jareth is induced...they're taking out my cervical ring on the 24th. They put it in there because, when I was 5 months along, I was dilated to 2 cm. If I'd dilated any more, the baby would've come out.
But of course, when the ring comes out, I'll gradually widen, and the doctor will home-deliver.
